NWPOA (North West Property Owners Alliance) came to be after we learned of the over regulatory proposed ULUC in Kootenai County, ID. (2012) Our mission is to protect and preserve property rights against intrusive governmental regulations.

Accomplishments

We have fought and continue to fight for your water rights on Lake Coeur d’Alene.

We got the word out regarding the proposed acquisition of Avista by Hydro One.

We educated the people of Hayden on the levy increase that didn’t make sense, and the levy was not passed.

We will continue to take up property and privacy concerns in defense of property owners in the Northwest (Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana.) We strive to keep property owners appraised of local and regional issues affecting them.

Diverse Membership

We welcome people from all walks of life and political parties to become a member of NWPOA.

Our Board

We are an all-volunteer organization.  We depend on the participation of our membership and their financial contributions to help us solve the problems land owners face.

Personal responsibility, Individual Freedom, Individual Liberty, and Free Market Enterprise are important to us.

NWPOA opposes big government and infringement on property rights.  We are for the loosening of restrictions on property owners.
